Just add wet ingredients!

Jar Contents

Wet Ingredients to Add

  • 30g cream cheese
  • 6 tbsp melted butter
  • ¾ tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 egg yolk

Method

  1. Combine all wet ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Tip choc chips into a separate bowl, then add the rest of the jar contents.
  3. Add dry mix into the wet mixture and fold through gently.
  4. Fold in the choc chips until evenly combined.
  5. Cover & refrigerate for at least 4 hours (longer is even better for texture).
  6. Remove from the fridge and allow dough to come to room temperature so it’s easy to roll.
  7. Roll into balls and bake at 190°C for 11–12 minutes.

Cool on the tray for a few minutes so they set into soft, gooey perfection.
