- ½ tsp baking soda (bi-carb soda)
- ½ tsp celtic sea salt
- ½ cup packed organic coconut sugar
- ¼ cup organic raw sugar
-
1 cup organic choc chips
Wet Ingredients to Add
- 30g cream cheese
- 6 tbsp melted butter
- ¾ tsp vanilla essence
- 1 egg yolk
Method
- Combine all wet ingredients in a bowl.
- Tip choc chips into a separate bowl, then add the rest of the jar contents.
- Add dry mix into the wet mixture and fold through gently.
- Fold in the choc chips until evenly combined.
- Cover & refrigerate for at least 4 hours (longer is even better for texture).
- Remove from the fridge and allow dough to come to room temperature so it’s easy to roll.
- Roll into balls and bake at 190°C for 11–12 minutes.
Cool on the tray for a few minutes so they set into soft, gooey perfection.
