In-Store Loyalty Program
We love how much we've been able to give back through our Loyalty Program. We're giving it a refresh from 18 August 2026 so we can keep it generous, but make sure it's sustainable for our business, for years to come.
Any vouchers you've already earnt (or earn between now and 18 August) are yours to keep. Nothing gets lost in the changeover.
If you’re new to the loyalty program, joining is easy. Sign up in-store by providing your phone number. There's no need for a card; our team can find your account at checkout each time you shop.
You'll earn one point for every dollar you spend after discounts. Points can then be redeemed for savings on future purchases:
Current tiers (until 18 August, 2026):
- 50 points = 5% off
- 150 points = 10% off
- 300 points = 15% off
- 500 points = 20% off
New tiers (from 18 August, 2026):
- 50 points = 5% off
- 200 points = 10% off
- 500 points = 15% off
- 1,000 points = 20% off
Discounts apply to your total purchase, excluding gift cards. Best of all, your points never expire, so you can save them up for when you're ready to use them.
Spirit of Cacao, all artwork, Sourdough, Gluten Free Bread, Forage Farm (eggs) products are excluded from this program.
To run the program we collect your contact details and purchase history. This information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. From time to time, we may also send you updates or offers related to the program, and you can opt out of marketing emails and texts at any time.
Sunshine Coast Wholefoods Pantry may update or end the program at any time.
The most current version of these terms will always be available on our website.
This program does not apply to online purchases.
