Insecticide Free almonds have been soaked in filtered water until they sprout, and then dehydrated at a low temperature until they are approximately 10-15% lighter and super crunchy. This “activation” releases healthy enzymes from the nut, which are amazing for energy and vitality, and allows for simple digestion and maximal health benefits. Almonds are high in dietary fibre, vitamin E and healthy unsaturated fats, which are good for the skin, brain, heart and body cells. They are also rich in essential vitamins and minerals for general wellbeing, and are packed full of high quality protein. Activated almonds can be considered moderately anti-inflammatory and alkalising.
