Organic Brown Basmati Rice is an aromatic long-grain rice that has a distinctive, light, nutty flavour and chewy texture. Organic brown basmati rice has a lower glycaemic index than other varieties of brown or white rice so it is a healthy alternative for people monitoring their blood glucose levels. It does takes longer to cook than white basmati rice. Its grains are longer than plain rice and lengthen further during the cooking process. Rich in B vitamins and fibre.
