This Organic Brown Medium Grain Rice is grown locally in the Riverina area of NSW.

 Medium grain brown rice has a shorter, wider kernel when compared to long grain rice. The cooked grains are more moist and tender and have a greater tendency to cling together than long grain.

Brown rice does take longer to cook than white rice, but has a delicious nutty flavour and aroma that is worth the wait!
