Desiccated coconut covered in No Added Sugar Carob Chocolate. NAS Carob has no added sugar and therefore ideal for people who wish to limit their intake of sugar in their diet.

Carob is made from the Carob bean in much the same way you would use Cocoa bean to make chocolate. However the Carob bean contains less caffeine than the Cocoa bean.
