Organic Carob Powder is naturally caffeine free with a unique, sweet yet earthy, malt taste. It is calcium and antioxidant rich, low in fat and high in fibre, making it a fantastic cacao alternative!

Grown and produced in Australia, our carob powder is made from pods grown on carob trees selectively chosen for their thick, rich, luscious pods — not for the seeds. This carob powder is roasted, NOT raw.

Use carob as an alternative flavour to chocolate in cakes, biscuits and desserts. Organic carob powder can be substituted 1:1 in place of cocoa or cacao
