Coconut Sugar ORGANIC

Organic coconut sugar produced from the fragrant, sweet sap of coconut palm blossoms of the green coconut tree. It is minimally processed to ensure it retains its naturally high mineral content. Organic coconut sugar has a delicious toffee-like flavour and can be substituted for other sugars 1:1 in baking. It can also be used in place of honey or agave in recipes, desserts, coffee and tea.
