Glace Ginger

Sweet, chewy and warmly spiced, our Glacé Ginger is made by candying fresh ginger root in cane sugar until it's tender and glistening. The result is a naturally fiery-sweet treat with that signature ginger kick balanced by a rich, sugary coating.

Perfect for snacking straight from the tub, chopping into slices for baking, or stirring through muesli, yoghurt or trail mix for a little zing. It's also a favourite finely diced through gingerbread, fruit cakes and Christmas puddings.
