Glace Pears

Sweet, tender and beautifully translucent, our Glacé Pears are made by candying pear pieces in cane sugar until soft, glossy and full of flavour. The natural sweetness of the pear shines through, balanced by a rich, sugary coating for a treat that's both fruity and indulgent.

Delicious eaten straight from the tub, chopped through fruit cakes and puddings, or added to muesli and baking for extra sweetness and texture. They also make a lovely addition to a cheese board alongside soft cheeses and nuts.
