Our Mung Dahl is made from small green mung beans, skinned and split to reveal the golden lentil inside. When cooked, it takes on a soft golden colour and a subtle, sweet flavour.

With no need to pre-soak, it's quick and easy to prepare, perfect stirred through salads and burgers for a boost of protein and texture. Cooked a little longer, it develops a lush, creamy consistency, making it ideal for traditional Indian dahls and curries.
